  • Every applicant has to be screened by submitting completed application forms to identify the appropriate category of the award to determine eligibility.
  • The respective UKCCL Invigilator will advise the appropriate schemes of Assessment and Blended Learning Procedures affiliated with Prior Learning & Occupational Learning.
  • The respective UKCCL Emissaries’ will nominate the appropriate Invigilator and Assessor who are available locally to advise and assist to progress the application to complete the Blended Learning Procedure to achieve the respective Career Progressive Professional Qualifications.
  • Every applicant will be given a High-Quality Professional Lifelong Blended Learning option to maintain the Career Progressive Qualification’s creditworthiness.
  • Every Lifelong Blended Learning Facilitator will be inspected regularly and affirm the official representation renewal certification.
  • Every Lifelong Blended Learning Facilitator can update regularly their categories of professional qualifications and should submit the specific area of training, and level of training to the UKCCL respective emissaries.
  • UKCCL Emissaries will maintain the respective center-level data at their local office and maintain the candidate details at their local database but the summaries should be sent to UKCCL as a monthly report.
  • Every Emissary must maintain a separate profile for candidates learning in their center. It is the track record of the candidate containing the assessors’ comments that contribute credits for the candidate’s final performance.
  • Every Emissary should have its own UKCCL Invigilator and Assessor to emphasize the High-Quality Standards of Lifelong Blended Occupational Learning Qualifications.
  • Every applicant’s documents have to be invigilated in person to ensure that they are genuine and the applicant has to be interviewed either in person or via Zoom callconsultation to determine the respective knowledgeability in the respective major of the professional qualifications.
  • Every applicant has to ensure that all the supporting documents have been certified by the respective Legal Professional who has the legitimate license to certify with the official seal in confirming the applicant’s personal information. This has to be verified and executed by the respective UKCCL Emissary Invigilator and Assessor.
  • It is vital importance to keep all the applicants’ information as they are confidential, therefore it should be kept in a database system as PDF documents. This system must be maintained on a regular basis.
  • Respective UKCCL Emissary has to ensure that Professional Quality Standard Awarding Policies and Procedures must be adhered to at all times by respective UKCCL Nominated Invigilators and Assessors. This has to be supervised by the respective head of the UKCCL Emissary.
  • UKCCL’s Professional Progressive Qualifications are offered on Lifelong Blended Occupational Learning procedures. Therefore, learning and assessment procedures are determined on an individual basis in accordance UKCCL Scheme of ACPD or APEL or LBEL.
  • Every UKCCL Emissary must maintain high-quality management procedures and it should be executed alongside all the Invigilators and Assessors to execute Professional Services to ensure that all the applicants’ procedures are kept on the database system and update the applicant progress.
  • UKCCL’s Emissary has to follow up with all the applicants on a regular basis by way of Alumni Alliances to assist to maintain the renewal of respective professional membership and the opportunities for Career Enhancement opportunities by way of local newsletters.
